Please refer to our letter of the 3rd November, 1951, enclosing a copy of Hong Kong savingram No. 1188 of the 24th October, about B.M.A. Accounts.

I should be glad to know, in connection with the last paragraph of the savingram, whether we may inform the Governor that the explanation regarding the outstanding item of $72 is considered to be satisfactory by the War Office.
